Nothing on this site may be copied, reproduced, distributed or shared without our prior written permission. Photography and creative work remain the property of the respective photographers, designers and rights holders, and are used here with permission. If you have been given access to this site before its public launch, please treat everything on it as confidential.

3. The information we collect

We only collect the information you choose to give us through our enquiry form. That is your name, your email address, your organisation if you provide it, the type of enquiry, and your message. We do not collect anything else, and we do not ask for sensitive information.

4. How we use it

We use the details you send solely to read, respond to and manage your enquiry. We do not use them for marketing, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

5. Our lawful basis

When you send an enquiry, we handle your information on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to messages sent to us, and to take steps at your request before entering into any arrangement. You are never obliged to contact us, and you choose what to tell us.

6. Who we share it with

Your enquiry is delivered to us by email through Brevo (Sendinblue SAS), a provider based in France within the European Union, which we use only to transmit the message to our inbox. Brevo does not use your information for its own purposes. We do not share your information with any other third party unless we are required to by law.

7. How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry and any correspondence only for as long as we need it to deal with your enquiry and any related matter, after which we remove it. [ Set a concrete retention period, for example twelve months, once confirmed. ]
